abstract
Since transcription and translation are absent in spermatozoa, thus they may depend on their extracellular environments for expression of their normal functional parameters. Prostasomes are extracellular vesicles present in seminal plasma that fuse with spermatozoa and modify their functional parameters. Present review discusses the role of Prostasomes in improvement of sperm functional parameters.
