The collected nematodes were relaxed and killed in hot 70% ethanol and stored in a mixture of glycerin and 70% ethanol (1:1 by volume). The nematodes were identified as Synhimantus (Dispharynx) jamshorensis new species Synhimantus (Dispharynx) jamshorensis can be distinguished from its congeners in body length, cordons (descending branch) length, number of post-anal papillae, egg size and spicule size.
