The present investigation was undertaken to observe the seasonal incidence of aphids (Aphis punicae) on pomegranate at Department of Horticulture, VNMKV, Parbhani. It was observed that the aphid population on pomegranate ranged from 1.0 to 16.64 aphids/5 cm twig. The first peak of incidence of aphids was from 1st MW to 14th MW (15.10 aphids/5 cm twig). The second peak of aphid incidence was observed from 24th MW to 52nd MW (16.64 aphids/5 cm twig) during 2014. The aphid population on pomegranate ranged from 1.0 to 16.66 aphids/5 cm twig. The first peak of incidence of aphids was from 1st MW to 17th MW (14.68 aphids/5 cm twig). The second peak of aphid incidence was observed from 23rd MW to 52nd (16.66 aphids/5 cm twig) during 2015. The data in relation to simple showed that population of aphids in relation to rainfall (-0.306*), rainy days (0.326*) and evening relative humidity (-0.306) were negatively significant and association of remaining weather parameters were non-significant with aphid population on pomegranate during year 2014. In year 2015 all the weather parameters were found statistically non-significant with population of aphid on pomegranate.
