The genital organ of the heifer was examined by per rectal palpation and right ovary was distended, with approximate 2 to 3 cm in diameter. The concentration of protein, fat, and lactose of mammary secretion were 10.25%, 0.2% and 0.42%, respectively; somatic cell count was 2.8×106/mL.
